THE REJECTIONS
The appealed claims stand rejected as follows:
1) Claim 1 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by the
disclosure of Kasprzycki;
2) Claims 1 and 4 through 7 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
unpatentable over the combined disclosures of Edge and
either Kasprzycki or Kebarian;
3) Claims 1 and 4 through 7 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
unpatentable over the combined disclosures of Sports Pub and
either Kasprzycki or Kebarian;
