BACKGROUND
Appellant's invention relates to a trauma mitigation device.
An understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading
of exemplary claim 1, which is reproduced below.
1. A trauma mitigation device comprising:
an enclosure having a fluid impervious barrier;
a crushable matrix disposed within said enclosure; and
a viscous fluid disposed within said enclosure.
