DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s final
rejection of claims 18, 19, and 35-38. Claims 20-34 are also pending but have been
withdrawn from consideration by the examiner. Claim 18 is representative of the
subject matter on appeal and reads as follows:
18. A thrombin preparation comprising thrombin and a noncovalently binding
inhibitor of thrombin activity as stabilizer, wherein the thrombin preparation is suitable
for therapeutic purposes.
