produce a polyurethane foam having a closed cell content of at least 80%. However, Appellants
have not identified a particular amount or type of stabilizer required to produce this effect.
In conclusion, I agree with my colleagues that the rejection of claims 6-15 under
35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over Dietrich is affirmed.
