          Appeal No. 2005-0784
          Application No. 10/138,315
paper 10 along only a single linear path 11, making a plurality
of parallel folds (see fold lines 12, 13) in a direction
transverse to the single linear path along which the glue was
applied in order to form an intermediate item (see Figure 3)
having first and second sides coinciding with first and second
plurality of folds (see 14 and 15 of Figure 3), trimming the
intermediate item to cause the first and second plurality of
folds to be removed, making a first transverse fold along a line
generally coinciding with the single linear glue path 11 (see
Figure 4), making a second transverse fold (see fold line 22 in
Figure 6) in a direction parallel to the single linear glue path
11, and making a third transverse fold (see fold line 23 in
Figure 7 and the resulting product in Figure 8) in a direction
parallel to the single linear glue path 11. This appealed
subject matter is adequately represented by independent claim 26
          which reads as follows:
               26. A method of manufacturing only a single booklet from a
single rectangular sheet of paper, said single rectangular sheet
of paper having information regarding a drug product printed
          thereon, said method comprising:
applying glue to said single rectangular sheet of paper
having said information regarding said drug product printed
thereon, said rectangular sheet of paper having a first pair
of sides that are parallel to each other and a second pair
of sides that are parallel to each other and perpendicular
to said first pair of sides of said rectangular sheet of

                                          2
