               The references set forth below are relied upon by the                  
          examiner as evidence of obviousness:

               All of the claims on appeal are rejected under 35 U.S.C.               
          § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Lyon in view of DeLise.                 
               We refer to the brief and reply brief and to the answer for            
          a thorough exposition of the opposing viewpoints expressed by the           
          appellants and by the examiner concerning the above noted                   
          rejection.                                                                  
                                       OPINION                                        
               For the reasons which follow, this rejection cannot be                 
          sustained.                                                                  
               On pages 3-5 of the answer, the examiner expresses his basic           
          position as follows:                                                        
                    With respect to claims 26-27, Lyon, Jr. discloses                 
               a process of making multiple booklets, the process                     
               comprises:                                                             
                    providing a single generally rectangular sheet                    
               (25) having a plurality of scored lines, the sheet                     
               being divided in approximately 3 equal regions;                        
                    providing spaced apart glue strips (10,12,14)                     
               about 2/3 of a length of the sheet (figure 6);
