18. (Appealed) A method for the prophylaxis of an inflammatory condition or
immune disorder associated with infiltration of Ieukocytes into inflamed tissue
in a subject in need thereof which method comprises administering to said
subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (1):
or a solvate thereof wherein:
X is -0- or -NH-;
Q is (-CH2-)p, (-CH=CH-)p, (-C/C-)p where p is an integer of from 0 to 4;
R1 is hydrogen or methyl;
R2 and R3 independently represent 0 or S;
n is an integer of 1 to 50: and
R is hydrogen or methyl.
27. (Appealed) A method for the prophylaxis or treatment of Crohn's disease in a
subject in need thereof which comprises administering to said subject a
therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (1):
