               The appellants argue that neither Angulas nor Melton                   
          suggests the specific type of connection of the chip to the                 
          substrate required by claim 9 (brief, page 4).                              
               The examiner finds that Angulas’ high density patterns                 
          (col. 4, lines 67-68) are similar in structure and orientation to           
          a BGA arrangement (answer, page 7).  Because this finding is                
          reasonable and has not been challenged by the appellants, we                
          accept it as fact.  See In re Kunzmann, 326 F.2d 424, 425 n.3,              
          140 USPQ 235, 236 n.3 (CCPA 1964).  Accordingly, we affirm the              
          rejection of claim 9.                                                       
                                      DECISION                                        
               The rejection of claims 6-14 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over                
          Angulas in view of Melton is affirmed.
