The claims on appeal stand rejected as follows:
I. claims 1 through 5, 7, and 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b)
as anticipated by Mattoussi (examiner’s answer mailed
on Nov. 19, 2004 at 4-6);
II. claim 6 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over
Mattoussi in view of Jenekhe (id. at 6);
III. claims 8 and 9 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as
unpatentable over Mattoussi in view of Bawendi (id. at
7); and
IV. claims 8 and 9 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as
unpatentable over Mattoussi in view of Murray (id. at
8).
