DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1, 2,
4-11 and 32. Claim 3 has been cancelled and claims 12-31 stand withdrawn from
consideration.
BACKGROUND
The appellants’ invention relates to a time conversion sticker for use on a watch
or clock to help the user determine what time it is in another city without re-setting the
watch or clock. As explained on page 2 of appellants’ specification,
[a]ccording to the present invention, a transparent sticker
with world major city marks printed converts an ordinary
clock to a world clock only by being attached on the face of a
