                         THE 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) REJECTIONS                            
               The appealed claims stand rejected as follows2:                        
          1)   Claims 1 through 3, 5, 6, 8, 11 and 12 under 35 U.S.C.                 
          § 103(a) as unpatentable over the combined disclosures of                   
          Ito and Lanyon; and                                                         
          2)   Claims 4, 6, 9, 10 and 12 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as                  
               unpatentable over the combined disclosures of Ito, Lanyon              
               and Kastl.
