The method of claim 1 additionally comprising the step of tempering the treated grain to provide a tempered grain. 27. The method of claim 15 additionally comprising the step of tempering the treated grain to provide a tempered grain. 28. The method of claim 26 additionally comprising the step of mining the tempered grain to provide a whole grain flour. 29.
