DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1 through 10 and 12 through 18, which are all of the claims pending in this application. Appellants' invention relates to a remote postage meter resetting system having rebate generating capabilities. The rebate is calculated based on the postage refill amount requested, and the user sets the preference for what form the rebate will take.
