DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal from the primary examiner’s
final rejection of claims 21 through 27, which are the only claims
pending in this application (Brief, page 2).1 We have jurisdiction
pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 134.
According to appellant, the invention is directed to a three
or four layered bed liner for a truck (Brief, page 4). Appellant
states that the claims stand or fall together for each separate
