62. Applicant filed reissue application 09/120,560 on July 22, 1998, now
abandoned, seeking to reissue U.S. Patent 5,628,751.
63. Applicant presented original patent claims 1-14 along with new
reissue application claims 15-25 for consideration.
64. During prosecution claims 1-14 were indicated as allowable by the
examiner, claims 15-25 were cancelled, and reissue claims 26-37 (09/120,560)
were added.
65. Ultimately, reissue claims 26, 27, 30, and 31-36 (09/120,560) were
cancelled, reissue claims 28, 29, and 37 (09/120,560) were rejected, and claims
1-14 were indicated as allowable.
66. Applicant filed reissue application 09/568,278 on May 9, 2000, as a
continuation of reissue application 09/120,560, filed July 22, 1998, now
abandoned, seeking to reissue U.S. Patent 5,628,751.
