Appeal No. 2006-0791 Ex parte Gore Enterp. Holdings, Inc. UHMWPE for the film in the ion-exchange membrane. On the basis of the record before us, and despite Gore's arguments, we see no justification for removing this choice from the art. The patentability of the claims depending from claim 29 has not been separately argued. Consequently, we sustain the rejection of claims 30-34 along with claim 29. HOLDING The rejection of pending claims 1, 4-7, 11-28, 35-42, 45-47, and 51-60 is REVERSED. The rejection of pending claims 29-34 is AFFIRMED. cc: Michael S.
