OPINION With full consideration being given to the subject matter on appeal, the Examiner’s rejections and the arguments of the Appellants and the Examiner, for the reasons stated infra, we reverse the Examiner’s rejection of claims 7 and 9-11 under 35 U.S.C. § 112; and we affirm the Examiner’s rejection of claims 1-7 and 9-11 under 35 U.S.C. § 103. Appellants have indicated that for purposes of this appeal the claims stand or fall together in eight groupings: Claim 1 as Group I; Claim 2 as Group II; Claims 3 and 4 as Group III; Claim 5 as Group IV; Claim 6 as Group V; Claim 7 as Group VI; Claims 9 and 10 as Group VII; and Claim 11 as Group VIII. See page 4 of the brief.
