Claim 11 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Edwards in view of Wade and further in view of Hughes 3. Claims 12 and 13 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Edwards in view of Wade and Hughes as applied to claim 11 and further in view of Lynch. 4. Claims 14 and 16 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Edwards in view of Wade and Hughes as applied to claim 11 and further in view of Goldman. 5. Claim 15 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Edwards in view of Wade, Hughes and Goldman and further in view of Goodfellow. 6. Claims 18 and 19 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Edwards in view of Wade, Hughes and Goldman and further in view of Lynch. We reverse as to all five grounds of rejection.
