DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from
the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-16, which constitute
all the claims pending in this application.
We affirm-in-part.
BACKGROUND
Appellants’ invention is directed to a dual-band antenna for
use with portable computers. As shown in Figure 7 of the instant
