DECISION ON APPEAL
This appeal is from a rejection of claims 1, 2, 8-15 and
17-23. Claims 3 and 16 have been withdrawn from consideration by
the examiner, and claims 4-7 have been canceled.
THE INVENTION
The appellant claims a device comprising heat-pump and air-
conditioning branches for heating and/or air conditioning the
passenger compartment of a motor vehicle. Claim 1 is
