                      The Examiner finds that there is no support in the original disclosure                  
                for the embodiment of newly added Figure 2.  Namely, there is no support                      
                for applying a treatment agent to heated belt 2 of the belt dryer and                         
                subsequently transferring the treatment agent to web 10 as shown in Figure                    
                2.                                                                                            

                      Figure 2 is reproduced below:                                                           
















                Figure 2 - A diagrammic view of the added embodiment of the invention in                      
                which a treatment agent within feed chamber 23 is applied to the dryer belt 2                 
                which transfers the treatment agent to the web 10.                                            
                      Appellants argue that the objection/rejection is incorrect as the matter                
                sought to be added to the Specification is not “new matter” since it was                      
                disclosed in the text of the Specification and the Claims originally filed in                 
                the U.S. on September 24, 2002 and appears in the PCT application filed
