DECISION ON APPEAL
This appeal is from a rejection of claims 1-20 and 22-24.
Claim 21 has been canceled. Claims 19, 20 and 22-24 are
indicated allowable in the examiner’s answer (pages 2 and 3).
THE INVENTION
The appellant claims apparatus for occlusion of a blood
vessel. Claim 1 is illustrative:
1. An apparatus for occlusion of a vessel, the apparatus
comprising:
a flexible elongate member having a distal extremity;
and
