Claims 1-50, all of the appealed claims, stand finally rejected under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103(a). As evidence of obviousness, the Examiner offers Li in view of Haas with
respect to claims 1-14, 17-24, 26-31, 35-37, and 42-49, adds Sherman to the basic
combination with respect to claims 15 and 16, adds Seazholtz to the basic combination
with respect to claim 25, adds van Bokhorst to the basic combination with respect to
claims 32-34 and 38-41, and adds Krishnamurthy to the basic combination with respect
to claim 50.
Rather than reiterate the arguments of Appellants and the Examiner, reference
is made to the Briefs1 and Answer for the respective details.
