For the above reasons we conclude that the examiner has not
carried the burden of establishing a prima facie case of
obviousness of the appellants’ claimed invention.
DECISION
The rejections under 35 U.S.C. § 103 of claims 1-3, 13-15
and 19-21 over Ohnuma in view of Final Fantasy VIII, and
claims 4, 5, 16, 17, 22 and 23 over Ohnuma in view of Final
Fantasy VIII and Kondo, are reversed.
