DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. §134(a) of the final rejection of
claims 1 through 4, 6 through 11 and 13 through 17. Claims 5 and 12 have been
canceled. For the reasons stated infra we affirm the examiner’s rejection of these claims.
INVENTION
The invention relates to a system for implementing financial transactions using
biometric data. See page 4 of appellants’ specification. Claim 1 is representative of the
