                        The examiner relies on the combined teachings of Narasimhan and                                 
                 Cotteret as discussed in connection with the rejection of independent claims                           
                 1, 57, 110, and 166, citing Casperson for a showing of features recited in                             
                 dependent claims 32-39, 49-51, 87-94, 104-106, 142-149, and 159-161.                                   
                 Accordingly, we reverse the Examiner’s rejection for the same reasons
