OWENS, Administrative Patent Judge. DECISION ON APPEAL This appeal is from a rejection of claims 1-5, 8, 10, 12-22, 24-29 and 31-34, which are all of the pending claims. THE INVENTION The appellant claims a puck having a thermochromic visualization agent, a method for forming the puck, and a method for playing a sporting activity using the puck.
