Appeal 2006-2018 Application 09/815,731 1 The Examiner rejected claims 1-18 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) (2004) 2 as being unpatentable over Hafner in view of Yamamoto and Salvo. 3 Claim 1 is representative of the claims under appeal and reads as 4 follows: 5 1.
