as claimed.
We sustain the Examiner’s § 103(a) rejection of claim 18 over
Herzhauser in view of Price.
CONCLUSION
We have affirmed the § 103(a) rejection of claims 1-5, 8, 10-18, 25,
26, 31, and 34-36 over Herzhauser in view of Price.
The Examiner’s decision is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv)(2006).
