CONCLUSIONS
We conclude that Appellant has shown that the Examiner erred in rejecting
claims 40-47 and 54 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a).
DECISION
The decision of the Examiner to reject claims 40-47 and 54 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103(a) is reversed.
