DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal from the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-4 and 11-22, the only claims pending in this application. We have jurisdiction over the appeal pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 6(b). Appellant’s invention relates to a method for attaching an object to a surface using an adhesive, such as double-sided adhesive tape.
