DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the Examiner's final rejection of
claims 1 through 10, which are all of the claims pending in this application.
Appellant's invention relates to a high speed data cable with plural
individual twisted pairs of conductors. Each pair includes a shield wrapped
around the pair of conductors and overlapping itself along the length of the
