We also affirm the rejection of claims 21, 27, 28, 31, 41, and 42 under
35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by Decrop, but we reverse the
rejection of claims 22-25, 32, and 43 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being
anticipated by Decrop.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a(1)(iv)(2006).
