In view of the forgoing, we determine that the prior art relied upon by
the Examiner would have rendered the claimed subject matter obvious to
one of ordinary skill in the art within the meaning of 35 U.S.C. § 103.
Accordingly, the decision of the Examiner is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
