Cir. 2004) (citations omitted). Appellants have not rebutted the presumption
of obviousness arising from the overlapping ranges.
SUMMARY
We affirm the rejection under 35 U.S.C. § 103 of claims 21, 23, and
26. Claims 2, 7, 8, 22, 24, 25, 27, and 28 fall with the representative claims.
