EXAMINER’S REJECTIONS
12. Claim 12, 13, 20 and 26 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over the combination of Boulter and Internet Explorer.
13. Boulter is prior art vis-à-vis under 35 U.S.C. §102 (e).
14. During prosecution, Appellant made no attempt to antedate (37
CFR §1.131) Boulter.

Brief and to the Examiner’s Answer for the respective details thereof.1

15. The prior art Boulter patent describes a method and apparatus for
displaying and updating information, e.g., device-status information, at a
location which is remote from the source of the information. (Paragraphs
[0001] and [0016]).
