Claim 12, 13, 20 and 26 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the combination of Boulter and Internet Explorer. 13. Boulter is prior art vis-à-vis under 35 U.S.C. §102 (e). 14. During prosecution, Appellant made no attempt to antedate (37 CFR §1.131) Boulter. The prior art Boulter patent describes a method and apparatus for displaying and updating information, e.g., device-status information, at a location which is remote from the source of the information.
