1 CONCLUSION OF LAW
2 On the record before us, Appellants have shown that the Examiner has
3 not given any persuasive reason why one skilled in the art would have
4 incorporated the coefficient of friction detection of Hunter into the system of
5 Takao to arrive at the claimed invention.

8 The Examiner's rejection of claims 1-5 and 7-16 is reversed.
