                   priority headers are written, are transmitted over the network between users’

             9.    Appellants argued that Odlyzko does not disclose the second step of the                     
             claimed method. (Appeal Br. 7 and Reply Br. 1-2).                                                 
             10. The Examiner relied upon Fig. 3, element 85, and col. 6, ll. 38-42 of                         
             Odlyzko as evidence that Odlyzko discloses the second step. We reproduce this
