SUMMARY
The indefiniteness rejection of claims 2, 5 and 17 is reversed and the
rejections under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102 and 103 of claims 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 16-
18 are affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a). See 37 C.F.R.
§ 1.136(a)(1)(iv) (2007).
