their combinability with the neural networks of Jelley. Instead, Appellants
rely for patentability on the arguments previously presented with respect to
independent claim 7, which we have found unpersuasive.
In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner rejecting
claims 1-12 under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102 and 103 is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. §1.136(a). See 37 C.F.R.
§ 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
