NEW GROUND OF REJECTION 8 Although we have concluded that claim 22 is not anticipated, based on 9 our analysis of the content and skill in the art, claim 22 would have been 10 obvious in view of Shin and Fuchida. The system of Shin could be modified 11 to provide an L-shaped interlocking battery housing as in Fuchida for the 12 reasons discussed above.
