Appeal 2007-1275 Application 09/824,248 STATEMENT OF THE CASE Appellant's invention relates to an electronic still camera that processes images which were obtained in a continual photographing operation so as to reproduce and display the images in the same order and at the same time interval as they were recorded. (Specification 1:5-9; Abstract.) Claim 9 is exemplary: 9.
