DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellant appeals under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from a final rejection of
claims 1 to 12. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b).
We reverse.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Appellant has invented a method that uses a data processing system
for database bitmap index processing in a database management system.
The data processing system uses a microprocessor with instructions for
