Appeal 2007-1555 Application 09/900,442 and 46 are withdrawn from consideration. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b). (2002) SUMMARY OF DECISION We AFFIRM. THE INVENTION Appellants claim a hinged exterior entryway door system comprising a door slab, a frame and threshold which is said to interact with a rough opening to seal the structure to the penetration of weather and rain. (Specification: 1) Claims 1 and 40, reproduced below, are representative of the subject matter on appeal. 1.
