Appeal 2007-1558 Application 10/635,362 SUMMARY OF DECISION We AFFIRM-IN-PART. THE INVENTION Appellant’s claimed invention is directed to a method of storing/recording writings on a piece of furniture (Specification ¶ 0005). Claim 1, reproduced below, is representative of the subject matter on appeal. 1. A method for storing handwritten writings, said method comprising storing said handwritten writings on a piece of furniture, wherein said furniture comprises a member comprising a surface of a material used to construct said furniture that is configured to permanently receive said handwritten writings.
