DECISION ON APPEAL
Applicants appeal to the Board from the decision of the Primary
Examiner finally rejecting claims 1, 3, 5 through 7, 24 and 25 in the Office
Action mailed August 28, 2004, and refusing to allow claim 26 subsequently
presented in the Amendment filed November 4, 2004, entered by the
Examiner in the Advisory Action mailed December 28, 2004.
