VII. DECISION
Upon consideration of the record, and for the reasons given, we affirm
the rejection of reissue claims 21, 30-32, and 41 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(a);
we reject reissue claims 42-51 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph; we
reject reissue claims 21-24, 28-35, 39-41, and 52-60 under 35 U.S.C. § 102;
and we reject reissue claims 25-27 and 36-38 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
