Appeal 2007-2553 Application 10/367,347 a reasonable belief that the cyclone 2 must act as a gas separation device since the gas exiting the reactor 1 has a hydrogen concentration of only about 30-90% (col. 5, ll. 23-28). See In re Schreiber, supra; and In re Best, 562 F.2d 1252, 1255, 195 USPQ 430, 433 (CCPA 1977). For the foregoing reasons and those stated in the Answer, we affirm the rejection on appeal. The decision of the Examiner is affirmed. No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
