                                         DECISION ON APPEAL                                                 
                      This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1-14, the only                   
               claims pending in the application.  We have jurisdiction under                               
               35 U.S.C.  6(b).                                                                            
                      We  AFFIRM.                                                                           
                      The invention relates to coatings having both a color effect and a                    
               tactile effect, wherein the use of one does not impede or interfere with the
