Appeal 2007-3386 Application 10/375,889 claim 1 as a resin component in the ink of Fukushima based on the combined teachings of Fukushima and Ohta. It follows that we shall affirm both of the Examiner’s obviousness rejections, on this record. CONCLUSION The decision of the Examiner to reject claims 1, 3-8, and 11 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph as lacking written descriptive support in the Specification, as filed; to reject claims 1, 3-5, 7, 8, and 11 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Fukushima in view of Ohta; and to reject claim 6 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Fukushima in view of Ohta and Mead is affirmed. No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv) (2007).
